IESX_Util error: REBUILD CTREE FAILED

Description:
Error received after running IESX_Util options #12, #22, or #42. Indicates projects index files are corrupted.

Solution:
1.) Check permissions are open (rwxrwxrwx) on all directories/files for project. 2.) Check disk space on all directories for project. 3.) Make sure all disks are mounted on machine running IESX. Check by cd'ing to each project directory in xterm. 4.) Make sure that the .vvol, .surf and .disp files have associated key files (.fpb, .idx, .dat) located in the same directory. Move them with DataManager > Utilities > Move if not together. 5.) Make sure the temporary disk space utils ask for has plenty of space. 6.) At the point the rebuild fails, it usually stops on the file it had trouble with, make a note of file and check to see what type of file it is and if it can be corrected or deleted thru IESX_Util or IESX. 7.) You can also rebuild one directory at a time by launching IESX_Util and running option #12, #22, or #42 without allocating project and follow instructions. It will ask for the path to the directory. This might narrow it down some. 8.) Last resort is to Restore from backup or create a clone of the project. Please see the 'How to' section in Project Management on procedures to create a clone.
