Why does my interpreted fault disappear after a break even though it is committed to the database?

Description:
        

Solution:
If Define> Surface Slice> Thickness: Samples set to N, and Samples above is also
set to N, an interpreted fault disappears upon break, even though it is
committed to the database.
 
Workaround is to set the samples above to any number less than N and greater
than or equal to zero.
