Topic:
Project upgrade fails in stage 1.  Project is shared.

Description:
Attempting to upgrade an IESX 10p2 project to GeoFrame and recieve error:
  Project is shared.
The links to shared data must be removed before the project can be upgraded.
Either remove or disconnect the share references using the IESX DataManager, 
or use the -unshare option on the upgrader.  You should only use the -unshare
option if the IESX Data Manager can not be used to remove the share links.

Solution:
1.) Unshare both incoming and outgoing references in the IESX 10pX project.
    
      Session Manager > Application > DataManager > Seismic > Share
      -select the outgoing/incoming reference
      -Unshare

2.) Restart the Upgrade IESX project application.
