Description:
Error message received attempting to convert a large 3D survey in 4 sections. 
     
  ERROR-BR_XFR_3D, Improper CDP increment (0 (decimal))
  Getting memory for trace (32772 (decimal))  Status = 32772, 8004H

Solution:
The seismic header information in the IES project has changed or for some
reason Project Converter thinks it has changed.  The change is producing the 
error, and with the change IESX is attempting to reinitialize the data set.

Delete the seismic that has been previously converted and reconvert all
seismic at one time.
