ERROR-BR_XFR_3D, Fetching CDP increment, 57403, e03bH

Description:
The first version of data from a 3D survey successfully converted.
Recieved the error attempting to convert version 2.

Solution:
Version 2 has a different CDP start number and increment.
Update the CDP start number/increment to that of version 1 
in IES Data Management.

In the IES project select:

 Data Management > UPDATE data in project > Update SURVEY and LINE Data >
 Change CPD or SHOT POINT range of a LINE

    1. Select Line/Line Range to Change
    6. Select 3-D Primary Line
       -select the range of lines (with correct version number) to renumber
        by placing a asterisk sign next to the start line and next to the 
        end line.  EXIT.
    2. CHANGE CDP or SHOT POINT Range
       -select range to change (CDP, SHOT POINT or both)
       -version number
       -data storage location to write the new seismic to
       -deletion of old line preference
