Description:
Interpretation had been successfully transfering.  Received error when the
interpretation DSL reached 100% capacity.

Solution:
1.) Increase the interpretation DSL (disk storage location) space in the
    IESX project.
    Session Manager > Project > Update > Interpretation DSLs
    Add an additional interpretation DSL and set the spanning DSL criteria.

2.) Delete partially converted interpretation from the IESX project using 
    iesx_util.  
    Exit from the IESX project and select iesx_util.csh from the IESX
    Application Selection menu.  Start.
      -Select option 1, Initialize access to a data area.
      -Enter name for data area: 'project name'
      -Enter password for data area:  'project password'
      -Select Data Area Type => Exploration
      -Select option 21,  Delete all interpretation.
      -Select option 2, Terminate access to a data area.
      -Select option 99, Exit iesx_util
    
3.) Restart the Project Converter application and convert all interpretation
    from IES to IESX.
