Duplicate line tie record not added
Line tie create error
Unable to create line tie record
Total number of errors = 1

Solution:
1.) Check integrity of navigation data in IES project.
      -IES > Data Management > LIST data in project > list STATION LOCATION 
       and TIE LINE information > List all the stations of a seismic line.

2.) Convert seismic trace data without navigation data ie. seismic only

3.) Load navigation data directly into IESX using
     -DataManager > Map > 2D load locations.
