Description:
Project Converter error:
 ERROR-CART_GET_PROJECTION
 IES and IESX projection units must match before conversion.

Solution:
1.) Update the projection units of the IESX project to match the IES project.

 -Session Manager > Project > Update 
 -Select the IESX project and enter the password.
 -Select the 'Projection' button.
 -Select the appropriate projection units.  OK.
 -Select the 'Update' button.

2.) Restart the Project Converter application.
