Description:
Error occurs in the shell window after launching Upgrade IESX 10.1 Project from
Geonet, after checking the users GF account permissions.

Solution:
Error ***DBI-ERROR-dbi-DBNot-ConnectERRORTI  is caused by having the incorrect
TWO_TASK setting.  The Upgrade IESX 10.1 Project module is trying to access the
incorrect Oracle database server. This error can be found where there is more
than one oracle database running, with only one Geonet.   

WORKAROUND:

	In a GeoFrame Xterm type:
		unsetenv TWO_TASK
	        setenv TWO_TASK oracleserver

("oracleserver" would be where the proper oracle database is located)

     Now run the upgrade command from the GeoFrame Xterm type:
		upgrade_10_to_11 
	and follow the prompts.
