Topic:
Error:  CPS-3 is attached to another project.

Description:
Project was restored from backup with a new name.
Attempt to run CPS-3 IESX Link and receive error:
    CPS-3 is attached to another project.

Solution:
The .cps_gf.registry file, located in the CPS DSL directory, did not update
after restore and is still set to the original GeoFrame project name.

In a xterm window, run vi on the .cps_gf.registry file and update to the new 
GeoFrame project name.

To locate the .cps_gf.registry file:
From the Project Manager:
   - Select project, enter password, 'Connect'.
   - Select Storage Settings...
   - Toggle the Storage Type to 'CPS' for the DSL directory location.
