Description:
In a new install, IESX System administration fails and gives following error:
Administration failed
device record not found         

Solution:
In /home/gqs/iesx_config, the following files are either missing, have
restrictive persmissions on iesx_config directory and files, corrupt iesx_config
files or user has copied the config files from another /home/gqs/iesx_config
directory:

    iesx_dev_key.dat
    iesx_dev_key.fpb
    iesx_dev_key.idx

These files contain the workstation configuration information.  Copy these 
files from /home/gqs/setup_10pX where X=IESX version (i.e. 1 or 2).  If 
these files are copied from another system's /home/gqs/iesx_config, they 
will contain the workstation configuration for the other system and will 
cause the System administration to fail.
