Description:
Error received after inputting the project name/password in upper
case after trying to allocate the project.    

Solution:
Use lower case always for allocating the project name.  
  -the lower case name is the PROJECT_NAME 
  -the upper case project name is the ACCOUNT_NAME
as seen using the command 'gf_accounts' in a GeoFrame xterm.

This error could occur if the project name has one or more Upper Case letters
and the password is being input as the project name.
Enter the password in lower case.
