Description:
Error loading a SEGY file exported from IESX.   
Opening a new disk file:                                                        
 	'/disk/gf3_projects/3d.segy001                                              
 	****************************************                                       
 	read binary hdr from PROJECT:segyheader                                        
 	STATUS =        101, 0065
 	****************************************                                       
 	End of file reading line header.'         

Solution:
In DataManager > Load Seismic > Define input format, under 'Set format
specification', toggle 'Line header location' from 'File' to 'All tapes'.
