Topic:
Culture layer remains in existing maps after the data is deleted

Description:
If culture data is deleted and a reference to the deleted culture data still
exists in the Basemap, the culture data (and its corresponding information) can
not be removed from the maps.

Solution:
Make sure you clear any reference to the culture data for all defined maps
before deleting the culture data.
