Opening LPView fails.

Description:

Solution:
1.) Delete all the WLS_PARMS and WLSWELL parameter files first in IES Data
    Management and see if it works. 

2.) If that does not work, delete crv*, cmn* and ondefile.tmp in the project
    directory

3.) Check project directory/files permissions which should be rw-rw-r for all
    files. 

4.) Do an inventory rebuild in IES Data Management.
