Markers won't show up after being deleted and reloaded.

Solution:
When markers are deleted from the project, they are also removed from all
existing well appearances.  After they are reloaded, they are treated as new
markers in the project.  You need to update Well Appearances or create new 
Well Appearances to include these marker for posting.  Repost the wells with 
the updated or new appearance set(s).
