Topic:
Patch unsuccessful, but project name appears on the list of IESX projects

Description:
Can't access IESX.  This usually means that the error occurred at the last stage
of iesx patch and usually it is related to the fact that project was backed up
while being in use (allocated). 

Solution:
There is a possible solution: use project_rename to bring the project online
instead of patch, since project_rename uses a newly created *.da file instead of
trying to modify the existing one which still has a flag indicating that project
is allocated.
