Failed to open input data, status= -999, fc19" when loading 3d seismic data.

Description:
        

Solution:
In the IESX DataManager > Load Seismic > Define imput format for User defined 3D: the Lines/file
selection button needs to be set to Multiple.

This error is the same in GeoFrame 3.7.12.  However, in GeoFrame, one line gets loaded before the
volume is closed and the error occurs.
