Export fault data and request SP to also be output - doesn't output SP in file.

Description:
User wanted to export faults to a file.  
In the file they asked for the shotpoints to be put in the file.  
The shotpoint numbers are all 0.       

Solution:
There is no work around.

This is fixed in GeoFrame.

Define the format of the fault export file to output SP's in the IESX Data
Manager and save it as a user defined format.  Use that format to export the
faults and the SP's will be output in the file.
