Topic:
Error dialog box displays cursive 'i'.

Description:
In GeoFrame 3.1.4, this problem occurs when the IESX project is locked 
by a user.
IESX appears to be hung but there is an error dialog box behind the
Session Manager displaying a cursive 'i'.

Solution:
To find out who has locked the project, open a GeoFrame Xterm and type $CL. 
This will display all the users and projects in GeoFrame and which projects 
are allocated by what user.

To fix the problem:
1) Dismiss the error and quit IESX.
2) Deallocate project by either: 
    a) Geonet/Clear IESX project 
    b) open up an GeoFrame Xterm and type $CL projectname.
