Topic:
Project Ownership Callback Failed; Project check DSLs failed; Invalid index
Description:
The user cannot change the IESX ownership of projects. (Session Manager-->Administration-->Change project ownership/password) User selects project from scrolled list, enters a valid unix account string in the 'New project owner' field, clicks the 'Change ownership' button, and the application returns an error dialog box that contains the following messages: Project Ownership Callback Failed Project check DSLs failed Invalid index
Solution:
Verify that the Data Storage Location assignment to users and the Workstation configuration information are correct. 1) Select Session Manager-->Administration-->Data Storage Locations The listed errors are issued when a '/' is the entry in the 'D.S.L. path' field of the 'Add D.S.L. root' dialog box. The entry should be the last subdirectory in the DSL path: /subdirectoryname/ The leading and trailing backslashes (/) must be included in the entry. The incorrect DSLs must be deleted from the user and then entered correctly. 2) Select Session Manager-->Administration-->Workstation configuration Be sure to remove that subdirectory from the path entered in the 'Device value' field of the 'Device Attributes' dialog box. Then click update. This must be done for all DSLs that are assigned to the new owner. Changes to the workstation configuration will affect all users who were assigned the old DSLs, so one should verify that the entire workstation configuration and all DSL assignments are correct.
