Basemap display bombs after IESX 10.1 upgrade to Geoframe 3.1 

Description:
The following message is displayed in the Geoframe Log Window when Basemap and
IESX shut down after attempting to launch Basemap
IESX -- Unexpected SIGSEGV received

Solution:
The map definitions are corrupted.  
Delete all map and map appearance files and create new ones.
