Can't see time slice list in MapView.

Description:
In Slice Load, after selecting survey, nothing happens. The list of time slices
never displays.    

Solution:
MapView will only display up to 16 3D surveys in one project. Workaround is to
create another project or use an existing project and share the survey with the
time slices that you are interested in.
