Description:
When trying to open a SeisDV window receives error:
error displaying picture
seismic rendering failed
error rendering seismic facet
error initiating viva routines
error initializing vi va mode rendering session
error initializing vi mode session
error initializing vi mode session
function col_table_get_col failed
color table not installed on specified device
       

Solution:
1) Logout of workstation and back in.

2) Try new session.

3) Check project directory/file permissions.

4) Check project disk space.

5) Reboot workstation.

6) Might need to set color environment variables in user's .cshrc:
   setenv IESX_PRIVATE_CMAP true
   setenv IESX_SHARED_COLORS 16
