Topic:
Can't get GF account name from project name.  Err_record (124001009).

Description:
The above error message is encountered when only the IESX part of a GeoFrame
project exists on the system.
(The GeoFrame side of the project no longer exists). 
 
     -The GeoFrame part of the project cannot be recreated due to the
      existence of the IESX extension.  
     -The IESX part of the project cannot be deleted using iesx_util 
      because iesx_util looks for the GeoFrame project.    
 
    -da_clear still shows a project in the Exploration data areas:
        --- Remote Oracle Connection to "gf_public" account on gfiesx2
        Err_record(124001009) -- Can't get GF account name from project name
        Discarded error (124001009) from error stack.
        'project_name'        -- No such GF data area.
 

Solution:
  1.) In a GeoFrame xterm type:

         >proj_create project_name project_password

      This will create the Oracle side of the project.
        
 
  2.) In IESX Utilities (open from the GeoFrame 3.1 button in Geonet), run 
      utility #3 to delete the project data area:
 
          3. Delete data area
          yes (when it prompts you that the function deletes the project)
          enter project name, then carriage return
          enter project password, then carriage return
          99. Exit iesx_util
 
  3.) In a GeoFrame xterm type:

         >proj_delete project_name project_password

      This deletes the Oracle side of the project.
