Solution:
The very first time IES/IESX is loaded on a machine that has never had IES/IESX
installed on it before, you will need to run iescon from a Geonet Xterm.

1) Access a IESX Xterm from Geonet.

2) Source the setup_ies file:

     > source /home/gqs/setup_ies

3) Enter the following command:
     
     > iescon

   This will create the default configuration files.  


4) Exit and run IES/IESX from Geonet.
