* IES Data Management is not a Motif-based application. Therefore you will use
arrow keys and the Return key on your keyboard rather than the mouse.
. To move across a screen and toggle through options, use the left and right
arrow keys
. To activate your selection(s) and return to the preceding screen, move the
cursor to EXIT and press Return on your keyboard.
. To return to the preceding screen without activating your selection(s), move
the cursor to QUIT and press Return on your keyboard.
NOTE: Look in the rebuild.log in the project directory for error pertaining to
wells. If you find a bad well, try to delete it in DataManager > Wells.
Running IESX_UTIL: Run option 83 first to list mismatch or errors between IES
and IESX well names. Then run option 81 to resync wells. Run option 83 again to
see if that fixed the discrepencies. If the names still mismatch, try to delete
the well in DataManager > Wells.
If you still receive the error, proceed to step three.
NOTE: Before proceeding with this step, please make sure you have a current
backup of this project.
3.) Run IESX_UTIL, option 82 to rebuild the IESX well database. But first,
export markers back to IES in DataManager > Markers. After option 82 has
run, then re-import the markers.
NOTE: If you were having trouble deleting wells before option 82 was run,
you might be able to delete them now.
If you are still receiving the error, please contact GeoQuest Customer Support
for further assistance.
