Topic:
CPS Cache does not exist.  Please start the CPS-3 Main Module first.

Description:
CPS-3 must be initalized before launching the CPS-3 IESX link for the first
time.        

Solution:
Open the Main Module of CPS-3 from the Visualization Catalog.  This will build
the cache file necessary for running the CPS-3 link.  Click File > Exit in the
Main Module to exit CPS-3.  Launch the IESX CPS-3 link again.
