Description:
Trying to load IESX 10p2 format well information and get error:
Error loading well info
no entry in database for well name name_of_well
Unable to load well with lat 3232323232  long 2332322332

Solution:
This error means that you are trying to load wells with surface location of X and Y as 
lat/long.  In DataManager/Utilities > Load well info..., toggle the "Surface location 
coordinates from "lat/lon" to "grid x/y" and reload the data.
