Topic:
Could not find GF to inventory map. 

Description:
Multiple horizons have been posted and gridded at one time (either over a 
single survey or over multiple surveys).  When selecting the Gridding > Save
As option, and then clicking on the 'Create New Surface' button, you get the 
following error message:

Could not find GF to inventory map.

Solution:
1. Define a new horizon in the Seis3DV/2DV application and copy a piece of the
interpretation from one of the other horizons into the newly created one.

2. Post all the desired horizons in Basemap along with the newly created
horizon, and select all of them for gridding.

3. When saving the grid, save it to the newly named horizon surface.
