Load Seismic: Line/CDP from segy dump do not match Line/CDP read during load.

Description:
Line and CDP numbers extracted from the segy dump do not match what is being
read during seismic load.  The correct Start bytes have been entered in the
Define input format menu.         

Solution:
Most likely the incorrect format has been selected for reading these
header values, ie, 32 bit vs. 16 bit.
