Error adding appearance set record.

Description:
Open basemap after deleting the default_top appearance and/or the default_traj
appearance and get following error:

Error adding appearance set record
File exists: file project_name0001:def_top_appearance.bwapp

Solution:
Default_top and default_traj borehole appearance are recreated upon opening 
Basemap after deletion.  

If the file still exists at the Unix level, 
attempting to recreate it will cause the error.  

In the Default DSL delete the files called:
def_top_appear.bwapp and 
def_traj_appear.bwapp.  

Then close and reopen Basemap.  
The two files will be recreated and Basemap should open with no error.
