Memory deallocation failed; memory buffer has been corrupted

Description:
Trying to tie a VSP(8 traces) loaded as a 2D line with a 2D line generated from
a 3D traverse. When the slider bar is moved in Analyze > MisTie estimates > from
seismic, the system generates the following error: 
Memory deallocation failed
memory buffer has been corrupted

Solution:
The 3D was loaded at 4 ms with tfs = 0ms, but the VSP was loaded at 1 ms with a
tfs = 1000 ms. Bug trying to tie seismic with different sample rates and tfs.

Reload the VSP with tfs = 0 ms and 4 ms sample rate.
