Description:
Startup Error:  Somebody else has started an IESX session on this project. 
Only one IESX is allowed per project.  Please try again later.

Error received when trying to launch IESX.        

Solution:
Remove the saved sessions from Project by 1 of 2 methods below:

1. From Process Manager select File/Open Activity.
   Select one then Select Edit/Delete.
   Do this for all the sessions.

 - or -

2. From General Data Manager query for all module_runs with the name IESX
   and delete them.
