Error no coordinate conversion performed, DB_E_MAP_LCS_TO_WORLD_FAILED

Description:
        Posting boreholes on 2d line and get the following error message:

Borehole information rendering failed  
error no coordinate conversion performed
Status: DB_E_MAP_LCS_TO_WORLD_FAILED
	DB_E_MAP_LINEAR_LCS_FAILED
	DB_E_MAP_LCS_OUT_OF_RANGE

Solution:
 This error message indicates that there is a problem with the 2D navigation
data.  Use the following suggestions to identify possible navigation problems.
Remember to check for navigation points that extend beyond the trace data of a
line and for navigation points that share the same xy location.  


1. Check/fix line locations in IESX DataManager > Edit 2D locations

2. Check/fix line numbering in IESX DataManager > Renumber 2D

3. Run IESX Utilities #37 Shotpoint table scanner and #39 Compression of
   shotpoint tables.

4. Run IESX Utility #38 Extrapolation of XY coordinates if the navigation does
   not extend to the end of the segy data.

5. Delete the 2D navigation and reload.
