Error launching IESX after project upgrade: da file already exists

Description:
$IESX_CONFIG changed during upgrade

Solution:
There is an option to decide the location of the IESX_CONFIG directory during
GeoFrame installation. IESX does not really care where the directory is located,
but it does expect it to stay the same between releases. Otherwise, IESX
cannot recognise the IESX project and will try to create a new one. While
doing that it will find a projectname.da file, resulting in the error message
concerning the .da file already existing.

You can check the IESX_CONFIG setting in a GeoFrame Xterm for each release. To
fix the problem, you'll need to edit the file which defines the settings:

$GF_HOME/iesx/iesx_setup_site.csh

and set the newer release to where the older release is pointing.
