Topic:
When breaking horizon interpretation on time slice, the pick disappears.

Description:
User can pick on time slices, but when he does MB3 (mouse button 3) - break the
pick disappears.

Solution:
In Seis%DV when breaking the interpretation IESX wants to snap to something
(peak, trough, etc.) before it saves horizon interpretation on time slice.  
The problem happens if you do not have user/preferrences set to snap
and extract.

As a workaround, change the snap event to "none" and turn on snap and extract.  
The system snaps, but since it snaps to none the original picks are not changed.  
The picks are saved, however.
