Topic:
Fault tie operation has failed.

Description:
User was running Basemap gridding using fault boundaries as constraints.  The
griding failed with an error:

CPS Status:  Fault tie operation has failed;
IESX Status:  Error detected in performing gridding and contouring in GCI.       

Solution:
The CPS session file "cpswork.1cps" in the project CPS DSL is corrupted and
needs to be deleted.  The file will be automatically re-created during next
Basemap gridding/contouring performance.
