Topic:
Project Upgrade fails.  Error 104002003.  Fault cut upgrade failed.

Description:
Recieve the following error in the GeoFrame Project Upgrade log file when
upgrading an IESX 10 project:

     Moving fault cut files to tmp work area.
     Reading Fault Cuts
**** Error code = 104002003
**** Generic IO error: file myette0001:db_nfcut.key
**** Error stack:
**** Generic IO error: file myette0001:db_nfcut.key
**** Status: DB_E_FILE_NOT_CREATED
     Fault cut upgrade failed.

Trying to restore old fault cuts in project...

**** Failed to convert iesx data to GF 3.7 format
**** Error code = 104002003
****    Generic IO error: file myette0001:db_nfcut.key
**** Error stack:
****    Generic IO error: file myette0001:db_nfcut.key
****    Status: DB_E_FILE_NOT_CREATED

**** Project upgrade failed.

**** Error code = 104002003
****    Generic IO error: file myette0001:db_nfcut.key
**** Error stack:
****    Generic IO error: file myette0001:db_nfcut.key
****    Status: DB_E_FILE_NOT_CREATED

**** Marking back to level 10p2...

Solution:
The following bug was fixed for GeoFrame 3.7.
It can still manifest itself in projects that contain zero fault cuts, 
for example a master seismic project.

WORKAROUND:  1.  Restore IESX 10pX project from backup.

             2.  In IESX project, interpret 1 or 2 fault cuts.
                 This will create the db_nfcut file.

             3.  Upgrade IESX project to GeoFrame.
