Topic:
Could NOT create deviation survey;  Status = 104001016.

Description:
Loading IESX formatted well file in Load Well Info.  
Some well deviations in the file will not load.  
Get the following error in the log file:

Could NOT create deviation survey.  Status = 104001016: 
Unable to load all dev svy data for well: .

Solution:
The "Load well info" loader cannot load paths that fail its distance check. 
Usually, this is caused by round off errors in the data for horizontal or 
up-dip paths.  

A more detailed message is provided in the log indicating where loading failed. 
At what point in the deviation array the loading found errors.

User needs to either correct the round off errors or load the rejected paths in 
GeoFrame ASCII Loader.
