Peek operation on socket failed.

Description:
This error comes up upon starting Variance Cube in Computational manager 
after taking the default parameters on the survey.

Solution:
The default parameters on the survey setting are: 
    start line 1
    end line 1 
    start cdp (last)
    end cdp (last)

With these setting it is reading only one trace for the entire survey and
at any setting for the variance it will fail and give you the error.

The default setting has been fixed for GF 3.7.1. The default setting now
includes the entire survey.
