Topic:
No data added, data is not computed at a trace location unless all adjacent traces contain z value picks
Description:
Calculating dip or azimuth on a horizon either by Horizon Functions or Horizon Operations and receive message "No data added, data is not computed at a trace location unless all adjacent traces contain z value picks."
Solution:
It is necessary to run Horizon Interpolation, ASAP, AutoPix or any other autopicking application on the horizon prior to running dip or azimuth calculations. In Horizon Functions, where there is interpretation on adjacent traces, it will calculate dip and azimuth. But in Horizon Operations, there has to be at least eight traces adjacent to the selected data to calculate dip or azimuth.
