Topic:
You cannot edit fault boundaries while the master interpretation control is turned off.

Description:
Attempting to edit fault boundaries and recieve the following message:

You cannot edit fault boundaries while the master interpretation control is
turned off.  

Solution:
The master interpretation control is the 'I' icon at the lower left of basemap.
It should be turned on (no line thru it).  If it is turned on, then toggle it
off and back on.
