Topic:
Unable to start Autopix. No start line was defined.

Description:
You get this error even if you define a rectangular path for the 
inclusion area.

Solution:
"Unable to start Autopix. No start line was defined."
This error occurs when no start line is entered in the 
Define => Picking => Starting line number box.

Even if a rectangular path is selected for the defining area
a starting line number is required to start autopix.

If a start line number is selected that is outside the rectangular path
- the error message is 
"Start line is outside of inclusion area"

If a start line number is selected within the inclusion area but that line
has no interpretation on it - the error message is
"No seed picks were made for horizon (horizon_name)."
