Description:
add record failed
error adding gf record
error creating a data boundary   

Solution:
The above error is received when trying to save an Inclusive Data boundary or
Clipping Surface in basemap.

These files are stored in the Interpretation DSL.  This error indicates that the
disk is full.

Workaround:
Free up disk space or Add a new dsl or Re-order the dsls so the full one is not
at the top of the list.
