Mfd import from IESX to Zmap fails with error: no fields

Description:
You may get the "no fields" error when importing a .mfd file from IESX to Zmap.

Solution:
1. Export the file from IESX using "new file".
2. Export a second time, using "append".
3. Import into Zmap using version 1.
