Error: Connection resources are not available

Description:
When trying to export SEG-Y to tape you get the following error:

	Volume processing has completed

and

	A fatal unrecoverable error has occured while
	Additional information
	outputting to device
	Connection resources are not available
	Connection resources are not available
	Too many operations on tape queue

Solution:
If this error occurs turn off the tape device and reboot the host machine.

It may also occur using SGI machines where the tape device is input incorrectly
into IESX.
When using SGI's always use a device with 'nrnsv' in the name.

e.g.
instead of /dev/rmt/tps1d4  always use /dev/rmt/tps1d4nrnsv
