Topic:
Error: Missing *.bapp them *.bcon

Description:
When opening a Basemap get message indicating missing Default*.bmap.
File does not exist in any of the Default directory but exists in General
Data Manager.

Solution:
Queried for, found *.bapp and *.bcon file and deleted them in General
Data Manager. Restarted BaseMap with no problem.
