Topic:
Cannot start IESX -- unix warning unknown (0x000005b0)

Description:
The following messages are recieved in the log window:

unix warning unknown (0x000005b0)
callstack package name abspcfunction
error putting attributes

Solution:
The maximum number of Oracle processes has been reached.

An estimate of the number of oracle processes being used 
can be made by adding 5 (5 processes taken by Oracle itself) to the number 
of processes returned from the gf_users command in a GeoFrame xterm.

The setting for this is in $ORACLE_HOME/dbs/init"$ORACLE_SID".ora.  
The parameter used to define the setting is "processes".  
The default values for small, medium, and large installations are 
50, 100 and 200 respectively.

The DBA may increase this number then stop and start the Oracle database.
