Description:
Selects a seismic loading definition and gets the following errors.
*Error skipped card:     
 group_tkn_cat = 0,   group_tkn_id = 0,   group_tkn_pid = 0,

The "Error skipped card" mesasage repeats for the entire loading defintion.

Solution:
The survey description had a " in it. 

The seismic loading definitions are ascii files. The survey descriptions are
embedded in quotes within this file.  Having a multiple set of quotes caused
this problem.

The solution is to remove the " from the survey description.
